According to the manufacturer, you can indeed connect multiple hoses together. However, we do offer the hose in a 25 foot length as part # W01-5325 or a 50 foot length as # W01-5350. Rather than daisy chaining multiple hoses together, I'd recommend just going with a longer hose to save the inconvenience of running several extension cords to power each length.
If you click the provided link, you can see a video where my buddy Hayden will walk you through how the hose works. view full answer...

The active ingredient in RV water fresheners such as Camco # CAM40206 is sodium hypochlorite. This chlorine compound will break down fairly quickly, especially if stored at higher than room temperature and its effectiveness will be reduced. According to Camco, the # CAM40206 drinking water freshener wouldn't remove chlorine. It's more designed for mold and mildew. A disposable filter like # CAM40043 would work much better than the freshener.
The filter does its job in the amount of time it takes the water to pass through it. The filters are disposable, and considered to be good for 6 months or one camping season. Replacement filters are available as part # CAM40045.

What I strongly recommend instead that will fix your problem is the Flush King Reverse Flush Valve for RV Holding Tanks and Sewer Hoses - 3" Diameter # F02-4350 because it is designed for the exact problem you are having. It will flush the hoses so the waste water does not stay the "T" on your photo. It would require you to hook up a hose, Flushing Hose for RV Sewer System # W01-4180 (15 feet) or # W01-4300 (25 feet) but would be the remedy to your issue.
